  Hello I have already received the domain skattenett.wordpress.com,
  I have already the domain skattenett.no at another registrar.
  As i understand this you have already set this up so that when I buy the premium package and launch the site on skattenett.wordpress.com and visitors write http://www.skattenett.no in their browser window they will arrive at the skattenett.wordpress.com site? Will this affect my email funtion?

  Make sure that you map the domain properly following https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
