Domain mapping

  Hello,
  I have my domain registered elsewhere and my Personal plan states I should be able to map my registered domain to this wordpress site.

  Unfortunately, because I previously was registered with wordpress, it’s giving a message that I need to contact a support team to resolve this blocker.

  Can I please get advise how I can resolve this or who should I be contacting directly?

  When I check your account history I see that you last renewed the WordPress.com Personal Plan and your domain westiehomebasewa.com on July 13, 2019

  However I do not see that you renewed on July 13 of this year. Is it possible that you missed your renewal? Your plan and domain appear to have expired for lack of renewal, and are no longer listed in our system.

  Did you end up picking up westiehomebasewa.com again with an outside company? From what I see here it is registered with another company (domain.com) and not available for purchase at this time. You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/westiehomebasewa.com+dns
