  I purchased my domain from blue host and it directed me to WordPress. Do I then have to map my domain to wordpress?

  Hi there,

  Correct! In order to use your domain hosted with Go Daddy with your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to change the domain nameservers at your domain host, and point them over to WordPress.com. Our nameservers are:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Then, you’ll need to purchase the mapping subscription upgrade as a part of a paid plan so that you can map your domain over to your WordPress.com site.
