  Hello there,

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  I can see that the domain triston.com.tw is being mapped to WordPress.com – is this the intended outcome?

  I see also see that the site is on the business plan, which has now expired, but is yet to be fully downgraded.

  Would you like to keep the business plan?

  hi there,

  Thanks for your help.

  I have been charged Domain Mapping(recurring) on 2021/02/04, and it can still mapping successfully till the end of Feb.

  After that I did change some setting , now it doesn’t work

  is this because my free plan or setting wrong ?

  Hello there,

  It looks like the domain is being mapped to WordPress.com, but the site is currently on the free plan.

  Previously it was on the business plan.

  In order to set a custom primary domain – the site needs to be on a paid plan. Do you wish to retain the business plan?
