    Good afternoon, I paid $13 for domain mapping yesterday and followed the instructions for jujufilms.tv

    The web address is still not working

    Hi there!

    It looks like you submitted a payment request from WordPress.com Support related to a request from September 2020 – is that correct?

    If so, since it was a payment request and not WordPress.com store purchase, the upgrade has to be manually applied to your account.

    Since the payment was successful, I added that upgrade to your account on jujufilms.wordpress.com and set it as your primary domain.

    You should be all set!
