Hello, I own the domain http://www.lepetitchou.ca and would like to map it to wordpress. I have contacted the people who host the domain with the information provided form wordpress . They have changed the DNS of my domain. I have been trying to add the domain to wordpress and upgrate to a bundle but it is not working. I am very confused, I have read all the information provided but nothing seems to work. Where do I start ? I was only successful at registering http://www.lepetitchou.net on wordpress but when it’s time to upgrade and when on wordpress page it says: I own the domain and would like to map it on word press ” then it’s not working…. Help please!!

I have followed all the steps from the link you sent me… What I do is from Le petit chou.net dashboard I go to Store , then domains, then add the domain name http://www.lepetitchou.ca , then I click on “I already own Le petit chou.ca , then the page takes me to upgrade and when I enter all the payment information it says “are you sure you want to do this? try again” … there’s no problem with the credit card, I already checked with my company.. That is how far as I can go…

Ok I tried with lepetitchou.ca only, then wanted to upgrade to a bundle and it didn’t work so I tried again and only paid $13 to add the domain and it worked!!! So what is the next step to upgrade to a bundle?

Oh, you’re adding a bundle, sorry!
Try adding the bundle via http://store.wordpress.com/bundles/
If it works, I’ll refund what you paid for the mapping if the system doesn’t compensate automatically.
