Domain mapping

Hi there, I paid for domain mapping and changed the DNS server names with my domain registrar. Used the WHOIS Lookup box to make sure the nameservers where WP, and they are. Still not working though. Even though the nameserves appeared to have been changed to WP already, will this process still take awhile?

You should also check to make sure your domain is setup as the primary domain on the Upgrades > Domains page in your blog. To do that, go to Upgrades > Domains, select your domain name, and click the “Update Primary Domain” button.

Indeed….this is the domain I entered in and marked as primary: http://www.ajaarmey.com….still not go. Hmmm.

Didn’t use w’s – right now it is working from some computers and not others – my home computers,yes. Work comps, no. WP support got back to me and said to keep waiting for the propagation process to finish. But working on some computers and not others? hmmmm….

We can’t help you without the URL of your WordPress.com domain and the domain you are trying to add, both starting with http.

bernadetteanat – I did! It just took a few days longer than I thought it would. Started to work on some computers and then after about 72 hours, it worked from all computers and browers.
