Domain Mapping

  I would like to change the domain name that my primary blog is mapped to. I still have 9months on my current purchase. Please let me know how I can make the change. Thank you.

  Hi there, once you’ve mapped your new domain, you can set it as the new primary domain under Store > Domains. The old domain will also continue to work, but site visitors will see the new one in the address bar.

  If you no longer want the other domain, you can just let it expire, or you could point it to a different site if you prefer. I could also cancel it for you, but once a domain is cancelled you may never be able to re-register it again, so this option should be used only if you’re sure you’ll never want the domain in the future.

  thanks for the information. But I want to change the current mapping domain I have a add a new one. I don’t see why I would have to pay for mapping again when I have 9 whole months still on my current one. Please advice.
