Domain Mapping

  I tried to set my domain: kapilb.com as the primary domain but it gives an error and will not direct traffic to kapilb.wordpress.com

  However the URL redirect works fine when I set kapilb.wordpress.com as primary domain. All traffic from kapilb.com will go to the wordpress URL and the wordpress URL is shown in the address bar.

  How do I make sure kapilb.com is shown in the address bar?

  Hi there,

  I checked your domain kapilb.com and it’s set up correctly. Right after you set a custom domain as the primary domain, you may see an error (for example, a “Redirect Loop Error”) when you visit the domain. However, that’s a temporary issue that will go away once your computer refreshes it’s cache (the information your computer has saved about your domain).

  If you’d like, you can try flushing your computer’s DNS cache to force it to refresh faster. Please let me know if I can provide any further help with this. :)
