Domain mapping

  Hi,
  For some reason, my domain mapping was set to auto-renew without my consent. I looked in the forum for instructions on how to request a refund and how to contact support. The answers led me to a circular loop that was incredibly frustrating and reflected poor UX.

  In short, I am unable to request a refund through the instruction provided. Please advise.

  Sure. I’d be happy to provide you a refund. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.

  Just a note, when you purchase an upgrade at WordPress.com, we do confirm that there’s an automatic renewal unless you opt out: 1) in section 3 of our Terms of Service, and 2) the Store checkout screen (before you click Purchase).
