Domain Mapping

  Hello all,

  I really need your help. I accidentally purchased an upgrade for Domain Mapping, but I don’t have a blog on another domain. The blog is with WordPress.com. Is there a way to fix that? Or do I just need to get a refund and purchase an upgrade to register the domain? I have contacted WordPress regarding the issue but have not received a response and it has been 3 days. The site needs to go up because it is inactive at the moment.

  You can transfer the domain mapping to another blog. Is that what you want to do?

  If so: Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> mouse over the upgrade and click on “Transfer” and follow the directions

  Hello Auxclass,

  Thank you for your response. I do not get the option to transfer the domain mapping at all when I hover over “my upgrades”. Also, will a transfer work from one wordpress blog to another wordpress blog?
