Domain mapping

  Hi, I believe I am half way through the domain mapping process – I started my blog at naudaseko.wordpress.com and I also purchased naudaseko.lv. Now that the naudaseko.lv domain has been added to my wordpress.com blog and I switch it is my primary domain, my blog naudaseko.lv does not open (could not connect to server). When I switch back naudaseko.wordrpess.com as primary, then it works fine. Could you please advise? Thanks!

  Hi. Did you purchase the domain mapping upgrade? If yes, perhaps you need to ask staff to add a zone record. I modlooked this thread for that purpose.

  Hi, I did all what you said – but as soon as I add my own personal domain as primary, it stops working. When I switch back to wordpress.com it works just fine.

  Hi there naudaseko,

  I checked and we do have a zone record added for your domain.

  Can you double check to be sure you set all three name servers to:
  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  as I’m only seeing one change (NS1.WORDPRESS.COM).

  Also, it could take up to 72 hours for the changes to fully propagate.
