  I want to buy Premium package costs $99 per year. Does it include domain mapping? Because I’ve purchased a domain from somewhere else. Do I still need to pay extra cost for domain mapping?

  No need to pay more ! Domain Mapping is included as stated in the Premium feature page (You’ll still need to pay the registrar every year though) :

  Custom domain included
  Register your very own domain name, or use a domain you already registered
