  I don’t understand why I was charged a domain mapping fee. I’ve been self hosted for 2 years. Please refund.

  It looks like the auto-renewal had been left on. I have provided you a full refund and removed the domain mapping from your account. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
