domain mapping

  I’m moving from rayjayperreault.wordpress.com to rayjayperreault.com using WP.org. I purchased the mapping plugin and I thought I set it up correctly. Now when I go to my WP.org domain I get an error that my domain mapping is messed up and the site doesn’t work. When I go to my WP.com site it still works and doesn’t redirect me to my domain. Right now my site is down, please help me.

  Hello there,

  I see that you had domain mapping, but then deleted the upgrade.

  Instead, you’ve added the Site Redirect upgrade.

  If you can explain for me precisely how you want your domain/site to behave, I can help further.

  My assumption is that you would like people who visit rayjayperreault.wordpress.com to be sent to rayjayperreault.com. Could you confirm this, or let me know what you’d like instead?

  Yes. I want people that go to rayjayperreault.wordpress.com to be directed to rayjayperreault.com. I’m not sure what I deleted, I bought the Site Direct upgrade because I thought that was the correct way to redirect. FYI when I try to log into rayjayperreault.com I still get a mapping error. Will your actions correct this?

  I appreciate your response. I’ve done a little housecleaning on your account, and I’ve also uninstalled/re-installed your site redirect.
