I see that you are indeed pointed to the WordPress.com name servers. But, when I check http://reginescorner.wordpress.com it says the blog has been deleted.
Were you trying to map your domain to a different WordPress.com site?

Hey there, sorry it took me a while to get back online. I hate to be the one to say this, but once you delete a blog, that blog and its name are gone forever. Even as the original owner, you can’t recover it after deletion.
You’ll have to choose a new name and start over. The good news is that since you’re mapping your own domain name, the WordPress.com name isn’t as important.
