domain mapping

bought domain mapping on jan 22, and I need to get my site to work. It only goes to teh free tcchristensen.wordpress.com version – I dont know how to get it to go to the domain we bought, tcchristensen.com and cant get the “domain mapping” to work either. It only goes to the godaddy place holder site. so yeah, help me know what to do. thanks.

Hi there!
It’s going to the GoDaddy page because you haven’t yet configured your name servers to “point” to your site at WordPress.com.
In order to do this, you can adjust your domain’s default name servers to:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com

I just visited http://tcchristensen.com and was directed to your WordPress.com website.
Domain changes usually take several hours to fully take effect (and theoretically can take up to 72 hours). I’d recommend checking back in a few more hours. You can also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Instructions can be found here:
