Domain Mapping?

    I have both a domain.wordpress.com blog and a WordPress website with another domain name. I’d like them to be one and the same.

    How do I do this properly so I don’t loose content and design?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You go to the site you don’t want to use, and on the Tools page, you create an Export file.

    You go to the dashboard of the site you DO want to use, and on the Tools page, you Import that file.

    Now you have all your content on the second site, site B.

    If you want to attach a domain name to a WordPress.com blog, you do this: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

    If you want to connect your whatever.wordpress.com URL to your whatever.com URL and run the blog on paid hosting, you buy the Redirect Upgrade so that anyone going to your whatever.wordpress.com URL automatically gets booted to your whatever.com site.
