I received a notice my domain mapping is expired and to renew now. I renewed on July 21st through paypalHello Kim Soto,
You sent a payment of $13.00 USD to WordPress.com
((email visible only to moderators and staff))I looked up my billing account and it had not recorded the transaction. The transaction went through paypal. My website is still down. I have sent three e-mails to support, without a response yet. Please help! I have also tried to locate a phone number so I can speak to a person about my account and cannot find a phone number. Is there one?
Please let me know what I should do?

Check here WHOIS and note who you purchased the domain URL from please.
You have only renewed the annual domain mapping upgrade here at WordPress.COM. You need to renew the domain name purchase annually with the registrar you bought it from.

I renewed my domain name on Jan. 3, 2013 for two years from onewebhosting.com. It is valid until 2017. I just called them now and verified.
When I tried to log into my website precisionfence.net, it said your blogs domain has expired 7 days ago and gave me a link to click on which was to pay the domain mapping which expired on the 17th. I paid with the link through paypal and the transaction went through, but the payment is not showing up in account billing, but it is through paypal. The domain mapping expired on July 17, 2015, so once I paid it, the website should be up again.
Please advise. Is it possible to get a phone call back?

As you are referring to a blog hosted by wordpress.OM and you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form, https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ where you will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately. I have done that three times and the message says ” your request is flying through cyberspace and we will get back to you as soon as possible, but I have not had one response back yet.
I am concerned my website has been down since the 17th.

I’m sorry but apparently Staff have a backlog. They work their way forward accord with datestamps on support tickets. Please do not keep resending as that simpy moves the datestamp forward in time.

OK, my concern is my website is down, my payment has not been recorded on billing status and also on one the support forum, I read if the expiration goes past 10 days the fee goes up to $80.00 and is very difficulty to get back.
I would like to get this resolved ASAP, are you saying just wait until someone contacts me? that was three days ago.
also under account information is says my domain name is expired and to click edit, but when I click edit, there is not an option to update the information.

I’m having a similar problem. My domain mapping expired on the 23rd and I renewed it (via PayPal) but it’s still not working 15 hours later (after renewal). I received a payment confirmation from PayPal but m domain mapping is still displaying “expired.” My domain name is current. The domain is http://www.sdcwa.netI am not able to access the “Contact Support” form mentioned above. Can you please help? Thank you in advance.
