domain mapping

The site says our domain expired, but when I click the link to pay (for domain mapping, that’s what it lists). It says ‘the blog is not subscribed to that service, are you sure you want to purchase this?’ with no option to say yes or to move forward.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That message usually indicate you are not logged in as the account that owns the upgrades you want to renew – currently you must be the owner of an upgrade to renew it.
Is there another account you might have used to buy the upgrades?
I have also flagged this for staff attention in case you need more help

Hi @tnwebmaster2013, can you log in as the upgrade owner? That would be the person who has received emails.
If not, let us know and we’ll help you work this out.

We tried both accounts and continue to receive the same result. @auxclass
@supernovia We’re not listed as an upgrade owner.
“You don’t have any upgrades yet. Try one of our plans.”
