  Hello, I was recently charged for domain mapping but I do not need it. The credit card on file was my web developer. I need to have this service cancelled & be issued a refund to the card that was charged. Thank you.

  Go to your Manage Purchases page, look for the upgrade you wish to cancel, and click “Cancel and Refund”. More info is available on the support page:
