  I need the domain mapping and name servers removed from sheseessights.com. Is it possible to get a refund?

  Hello,

  To cancel the domain mapping upgrade, click the upgrade in your Managed Purchases page and then click the Cancel button below it. You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. After requesting the cancellation, you will be sent an email with a link to confirm the cancellation. Your upgrade will not be canceled (and any refunds will not be issued) until you click that link to confirm that cancellation.

  You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel the Domain Mapping upgrade within 30 days since you purchased it.

  Here’s the support page for cancelling upgrades: https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-upgrades

  After that, go to your Domains page here https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/sheseessightscom.wordpress.com and make sure that sheseessightscom.wordpress.com is the primary domain.

  It’s not allowing me to remove the domain mapping myself. I need a Support member to access account, manually remove the domain mapping I’ve purchased, and issue my refund within 30 days.

  I do have proof of purchase for the domain mapping.
