Domain Mapping

  I renewed my domain mapping on the 19th of December with a domain I own, as WordPress prompted me it would be running out on the 22nd of December. Everything went through fine with the mapping – I got my receipt from WordPress, but then the mapping still expired on the 22nd of December and it now tells me I need to renew it again.

  I have already paid for this, so why has the mapping not renewed? Why have I not gotten what I paid for?

  If this hasn’t been resolved, add “modlook” to the tags section of this forum thread to let a staff member know you need assistance.
