Domain mapping

  I am trying to map my domain my name from 123-reg so that my blog is simply example.co.uk. i have followed the instuctions, contacted them and asked them to change it. Their response was fine and led me to where I should do it on the control panel however my domain name is no longer showing up there ( i have contacted them too) and my primary wordpress account is showing as (email visible only to moderators and staff) – which is not quite as catchy :-)

  I’m struggling before I’ve even got started!……..would appreciate any help
