Domain mapping abgelaufen

ohne per email Bescheid zu sagen, wurde das Domain Mapping gekappt und meine Seite ist seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr erreichbar. Was muss ich jetzt tun? Ich werde auf eine Seite weitergeleitet, wo ich 6 Euro im Monat zahlen soll (ohne die Domain), aber das kann ich wohl nicht sein. Leider finde ich auch keine Supportseite und es wilt sehr, wie kann ich die Webseite wieder online haben????

Unfassbar, dass es hier keinen Support gibt, obwohl der Webspace ja nicht umsonst ist. Hat jemand eine Idee, wie ich das SCHNELL und ein für alle Mal regeln kann???? Ich wundere mich auch, dass wp so schnell einfach eine Webseite auschaltet ohne Benachrichtigung, ohne Auto-Verlängerung etc

Welche Optionen gibt es nun? Es gibt weder eine Telefonnummer, noch einen Email-Support und hier im Forum kümmert sich offensichtlich auch keine Sau um Probleme.
Die Domain ist wie gesagt nicht erreichbar und es ist mir nicht klar, was jetzt gemacht werden muss. Es droht ein Rankingverlust, wenn die Seite noch länger offline ist

I have added a new mapping upgrade to your account. It will expire in one week. Please go to Purchases and renew it before then. Then it will be valid for another year.

You can renew your mapping at €13.
Auto-renewal should be activated the moment you renew the upgrade. But as the old mapping was already removed from your account I’m not able to see why it didn’t auto-renew.
Renewal reminders for that upgrade can only be sent to the email address you’re using for this account. It’s not possible to send notifications for any account to a different email address.
