Domain mapping active – how to update DNS?

    I have just activated domain mapping and was told that the last step is to update DNS with the domain registrar.

    I have purchased the domain through wordpress. How do I contact the registrar, when I don’t even know which company does wordpress use?

    Can anyone tell me how to go about it?

    Buying a domain mapping upgrade won’t help as your domain is in redemption. The only way to get it back from redemption is for us to email the registrar, which I have already done. Once the domain is restored by them, I’ll add it back to your account.

    Please wait patiently for this to happen and please don’t open new support tickets for this.

    I’ve refunded the mapping you bought, as that upgrade is useless if you don’t already own the domain.
