Domain Mapping and CSS upgrades

  When I get my own domain at WordPress through domain mapping, does it involve the CSS upgrade? I mean can I have full control over my blog-like customization and HTML coding and such-in the new domain or it’s limited just like the ordinary blog on WordPress?

  No, these are two (actually three) separate upgrades, each costing a fee and independent on each other. The css upgrade gives you control over css formatting, not on the structure of the theme.
