You must be logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the uopgrade(s).
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.NOTE: You may wish to hang on to a custom domain, as you will likely have difficulty getting it back later. I’ll tag this thread for Staff to remove the domain map[ping. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

If I just disable auto renew, will that mean I am not charged $18 in future?
Thanks for your help.

Surely auto renew means I will be charged in a year’s time?
Disabling it would mean I’m not charged?

It’s in your best interest not to post into any thread when it is tagged for Staff until they respond. Every time you post here the timestamps move forward and it takes longer to get their help because they work in chronological order.

I’m not sure if your mumma told you but sarcasm is the lowest form of wit.
Merry Christmas.

Hi there,
Just to be clear, did you want to disable the autorenew for theorbital.org or was it a different domain? As it stands now, theorbital.org is renewed out until December 16th, 2015 and autorenewal is set to off. If you would like this changed, please let me know!
