  I have just bought adurtenantsforum.com and bought a package with yourselves to create a community web site. It keeps asking me to pay again and I can’t get any further

  https://adurtenantsforum.com/ is online and hosted by Livedns. Are you sure it wasn’t them you paid? This is WordPress.com which is a different place where sites can be hosted. You’d only pay here if you wish to move from where you are now to here.
