Domain mapping and premium plan

  Hi,
  I would like to know if premium plan includes or does not include domain mapping. I am currently using a free account with some upgrades (no ads, custom design and domain mapping) and I am thinking to go to premium plan. I know that no ads and custom design are included, but I am not sure about domain mapping.

  domain mapping is included in the $99.-/yr plan – but sometimes a bit of help is needed from the staff to get all of the individual upgrades correctly collected together
