Domain mapping and related email addresses

  I have successfully added the domain mapping upgrade to my site but having problems customising the DNS records to allow the email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) to work. Our domain hosts have provided the MX detail:

  MX 1 mail.netcetera.co.uk.

  and I have added this record using the instructions here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-dns/

  but the email is still to working. I’m obviously doing something wrong and may need more information from our domain hosts but don’t know what?

  I’ve changed the MX record to: MX 10 mail.netcetera.co.uk.
  I’m not fully sure if this correct, otherwise please contact Netcetera and ask them about the precise MX records.
