Domain Mapping at $17

  Hi!

  I recently purchased a domain off GoDaddy and would like to use it on my wordpress site. When I click domain mapping, it wants to charge me C$120 instead of the C$17. How can I fix this? Thanks!

  Hi there,

  You will need an upgraded WordPress.com plan on your site in order to map a domain. Each paid plan comes with a free domain credit you can use to either register a new domain, or either transfer or map one you already own.

  In short, a plan is required for you to map the domain on WordPress.com.
  If you want to map any additional domains to the same site, then you just need to pay for additional mapping which is $13.
