Domain mapping at the cost of 17$

    Hi, For a site, I’m a new adminstrator. The former administrator gave me access. But, for our domain, we have received an email. It’s written that we have to October 16th to pay the amount of 17$. The problem, I can not access the product to pay it. There is a message telling me, I don’t have it. I think the administrator before me don’t transfer it to me. What can I do, if I want to pay it before October 16th? Thanks in advance JR

    It sounds like the upgrade is owned by a different account and you’ll need to log in with that account in order to renew the upgrade. Can you log in with the former administrators account? The account you are posting from is only an hour old.

    @joespacelab you will need to work on the transfer. Can you confirm which domain you’re struggling with, too?
