Domain mapping billing

I was charged twice for domain mapping in December 2013 and I don’t know why. My attempts to contact WordPress and request a refund have been futile as the contact support page is on a loop. How can I get this rectified please?

I’ve tagged this for Staff, but most refunds are available (with the exception of custom domain name purchase) within 30 days of purchase. You can initiate the refund yourself in your site’s Dashboard http://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
Just to be clear, you do mean a double charge in December 2013?

I only see one charge from December 2013. Are you seeing double on your bank statement? Or in your Billing History?
