domain mapping can I change the blog my domain is connected to?

  I paid $13 for domain mapping for this year (again).
  My question is: Can I change the blog my domain is now connected to? Or pointing at, or whatever it’s called. It’s set up for Recipe Mods right now, but I want to make a new blog and make my domain (tebbiki.com) work for the new blog instead of Recipe Mods.
