Domain Mapping cancelation

  Hi there,
  Im looking to cancel my Domain mapping services for thefitnessroundup and cannot find any option to do this.
  Please advise.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you looking to point your domain elsewhere?

  If so, go to your domain registrar account. In the DNS settings, remove the WordPress nameservers.

  The upgrades for that site are owned by thefitnessroundup. Please login to that account or ask the owner to reply here if they need help.

  I am the owner of thefitnessroundup. I’m not looking to redirect anything, I would to cancel any mapping I’ve done, as I did it via WordPress.
  My therealteal account is how I signed up and thefitnessroundup is my primary site.

  Hi therealteall,

  I am the owner of thefitnessroundup

  You may be the owner of that account but you are currently logged in as therealteall. thefitnessroundup owns the domain mapping upgrade — which is why you are unable to cancel it.

  If you login as thefitnessroundup and go to the Manage Purchases page, you should see the option to cancel the upgrade. Do you still have access to this account?
