Domain mapping cancelled

My client decided to go with Wix after I had already purchased domain mapping. I think I figured out how to cancel the renewal, but is there now way to get a refund? We have never used the service.

Go to your Manage Purchases page, look for the upgrade you wish to cancel, and click “Cancel and Refund”. More info is available on the support page:
