Domain Mapping – can't findpping

I have bought domain name on WP.com and now want to change the web host and ise wp.org. How do I change nameservers on my purchased domain? I found this article http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/ but there is nothing like this in my dashboard, no Domain Administration, just custom DNS for Google Apps. I submitted a support ticket, but didn’t hear back for a few days. So, is there any way to move my domain or at least change nameservers?

I don’t see anything described in that article in my dashboard. There is no Domain Administration in my dashboard. Maybe I’m looking in wrong place.

Are you the Administrator of the blog or not?
If you are then then go to screen options on the top right hand corner of your Admin page and click. Then select all Modules displayed there.
Now look here > Admin page > far let column
> Upgrades > Domains and follow the instruction found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/register-domain/#instructions-for-registering-a-new-domain-for-your-blog -

Hi TimeThief- Netxm and I are both adminstrators on that page. I think perhaps you meant to give this page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/
The link in your post above is for registering a new domain. We have repeatedly tried following the instructions above, but the options they refer to do not exist. Outdated perhaps?
In case it’s not clear, I purchased a domain thru WordPress.com. We now want to move this to a self-hosted WordPress.org account and the instructions given don’t relate to what we see as options in our control panel.

Your registrar does not seem to be WordPress.COM (Wild West)
You need to change the name servers where the domain is registered. It looks like you have your domain mapped to a WordPress.COM blog – but having the domain mapped to your blog will not allow you to change the name-servers here.
