domain mapping – catch 22
-
I am trying to map my domain, and believe there is a bit of Catch-22 going on. I have made the nameserver changes through my domain registry host, as instructed, but have received this message:
There were problems redelegating healinghaven.ie to the following nameservers:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
The error message received from the registry/registrar was: Parameter value policy error. NS1.WORDPRESS.COM is not authoritative for zone healinghaven.ie.On your side, I cannot sign up my domain name – healinghaven.ie – because the nameserver changes I am trying to make, cannot be detected by the domain mapping feature on wordpress. Someone, somewhere needs to make a manual intervention to make this happen, since the two machines refuse to give one another the correct signals. If I need to make my payment for this to happen, no problem, but I cannot get that far in the “store” yet, due to the problem outlined above. (Ie – getting your “Someone (maybe you?) already registered healinghaven.ie, but the domain is not pointing to WordPress.com.” message.
I will continue to try, however, but hold out little hope so long as these messages are being exchanged.

I added a zone record for this domain ( healinghaven.ie ).
You should be able to proceed with changing the name servers now.
