Domain Mapping Changed??

  i previously mapped a domain i bought from GoDaddy and mapped it to my wordpress account. Previously it was easy to do and suddenly over night we find we have to pay for it. You guys said its the free wordpress and we are a start up and its incredibly difficult when we constantly keep getting bummers. We feel as tho there is absolutely no support whatsoever from you guys. Not everyone has the money and we are trying to make something for ourselves but its disheartening when whatever free services that was offered initially suddenly just become a paid function. So in other words id like to say thank you wordpress for being absolutely flawless. have a good day.

  Previously, mapping a custom domain to a site cost’ $13 but now the plans have been revised and adding a custom domain to your site requires an upgraded plan.

  Not everyone has the money and we are trying to make something for ourselves but its disheartening when whatever free services that was offered initially suddenly just become a paid function

  WordPress.com still offers the free plan for users, I don’t think that has changed in any way.

  The thing is when i bought my domain, it was able to map it from Godaddy to wordpress without any issues and it worked well for 3 weeks and today when i tried to search on the domain that i purchased its not redirecting to wordpress. I am honestly quite disappointed.
