Domain Mapping / Chargeback ??

  I’m having trouble with my website, http://www.bellissimoristorante.com. It seems like the domain mapping which had been paid last month has for some unexplained reason stopped mapping (?) and caused the website to go down. Can someone explain to me what is happening?

  Also, it seems as a result of the above, I am being charge $20 to fix this.

  I believe this fee is unjust and needs to go away. I need to relink my domain mapping as soon as possible.

  How do I go about this??
