Domain Mapping Checkout Problems

  How do I pay for Domain Mapping
  Following your step by step instructions, I successfully map an existing domain of mine to a chosen blog of mine, click select, arrive at Checkout and can go no further.
  The only choice I see on the checkout page is a button to “purchase domain mapping for free” in a section called Wirdpress.com Credits under a heading “Payment Methods”
  Why am I only seeing this message (insufficient credits) when I try to pay for domain mapping. Why does it say 0.00 when the cost is supposed to be 13.00? Where do I choose a payment option (I prefer pay pal) and get this domain mapping rolling?
  It may be obvious to you but I am stymied. It seems as if it should be simple and clear. Help!

  I am not a new user by any stretch, btw.

  I want to add that, as I read about this topic in the Forums, I have begun to grow disappointed by the strange direction WP seems to be taking.
  I always thought this organization was head and shoulders above most others in terms of customer service, privacy, etc. Certainly no Up-selling. Until now(?)
