Domain mapping complaint

    Hello Liz
    I have several blogs including visitrossonwye.wordpress.com. I recently upgraded this blog in the expectation I could use my own domain visitrossonwye.com and drop the ‘wordpress’. I paid $35.88 and then found when I tried to map my own domain that WP appeared to have given me visitoverross.com or something like that – a domain I don’t recognise and don’t want. Then I’m expected to pay to map the domain I do own. This isn’t right. Please allow me to use the domain I do own and not the one you appear to have ‘given’ me or refund my money.

    I’ve corrected this for you on the account. The domain visitrossonwye.com has been mapped to your account. The last bit is for you to edit the name servers. Follow step #2 in this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
