Domain mapping delay

  Hi, I’m not sure of the protocol here, but hoping that jumping into this thread is ok!
  I’d also like to map a domain (www.inspiringyounglives.org.uk) but, because I’ve been in a huge muddle, I’m being told it’s too soon. Here’s the message:

  This domain was recently in use by someone else and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.

  Any ideas? Do I just need to wait? I did try and map it across to another wordpress account, which I deleted yesterday….

  Thank you for confirming this, but I forgot to mention that you need to purchase (on your @edinspiringyl account) one of our plans (except for the Blogger plan) as the mapping upgrade is included in them. When you do, leave a reply here and I’ll map the domain for you.

  I have successfully mapped the domain. Now all you have to do is update its nameservers to point it to your WordPress.com site:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#change-your-domains-name-servers
