Domain mapping – did something change?

  I own a few blogs and use Wordperss to run them (not blog.wordpress.com type, but blog.com type)… I’ve never had to pay WP anything – I just pay for my domain/hosting, and upload the WP files to my site… Voila – successfully running blog.

  Am I missing something? I’m looking for a place to start a new blog – I already have the domain purchased – and I can’t find where to get things set up like I did before.

  Help?!

  Yes, you are missing something. Please read the sticky thread at the top of the forum on the difference between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG.
