Domain mapping does not work when 'www' is added to the domain name

  We have recently procured the ‘Domain Mapping’ upgrade from you.

  We own ‘babli.org’ – which is registered with another provider.

  Now we are using your ‘Domain Mapping’ feature, to display our bablifarm.wordpress.com blog through the babli.org url – and that is WORKING FINE.

  However, if someone searches for ‘www.babli.org’ – it DOES NOT load the wordpress site – instead, a BLANK page is displayed.

  Is there any way to correct this?

  Howdy,

  Can you clear your browser’s cache (instructions at Browser Issues) and try again, and/or restart your computer, if it continues?

  Both the “naked” babli.org and http://www.babli.org are working properly from checking it out here.
