Domain mapping doesn't seem to be working

I helped a friend set up her website on WordPress.com and used domain mapping to redirect from beancounting4business.co.uk. In the summer we renewed her domain, an wordpress.com domain mapping (which was working fine through last year).
Now, as you may see, it does not seem to be working. I am going mad trying to work out why.Our billing history clearly says:
Purchase Domain Mapping (beancounting4business.co.uk) 2014/07/04 11:14Our upgrade sections says:
Domain: beancounting4business.co.uk
Domain Mapped to WordPress.com
Status: Expired on June 19, 2014 This upgrade expired on June 19, 2014Why does the upgrade section not reflect the purchased domain mapping? We have checked with the domain host and all is registered and set up fine at this end.
I’ve been using WordPress for years and have always recommended it but am feeling very bad for my friend and her business, and also very frustrated at WordPress support not being around.
Any suggestions? Have I missed something obvious?? Thank you!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Oh no! This blog’s domain beancounting4business.co.uk expired 91 days ago!
Domain mapping of an existing domain URL that you already own and purchased elsewhere is not done free of charge. You will have to renew the domain name purchase where you made it, and the domain mapping purchase here every year.

I’m having a similar issue. I’ve been trying to help a friend map her existing domain from GoDaddy to WordPress, but after we through the step of “Congratulations! fromthereadingroom.com can be mapped!” and we go to map it, it tells us we have to pay for it…which is what we expected… $13 right? But then why are the only options the Premium and Business upgrades? Where’s the $13 upgrade option? Also when we go to My Domains, the button “Update Primary Domain” is not working. She currently has fromthereadingroomblog.wordpress.com and we’re trying to map her existing domain to fromthereadingroom.com Any help would be appreciated.
