  my registrar cannot change the name servers as your name servers are not prepared for my domain zilgrei-institut.de.

  Please can you add manually my site zilgrei-institut.de to your nameservers?

  You need a zone record for your domain name – I will flag this for the staff to add the zone record for you – they will answer here when the record has been added.
