Domain Mapping error
-
Hi, I hope you’re well.
I’ve moved my domain for this blog to another server so I can upgrade to a WordPress.org platform. I cancelled and (I believe) deactivated the domain mapping here. However. when the domain is searched, I now receive this error message in the web browser:Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.
Will this just take some time to resolve or did I leave a step unattended?
Thanks for your help!
Kevin

Hello there,
We need details please.
1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.
If you are not logged in under the correct username then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account
If the log-in information is lost you need to visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Hey there,
Is this regarding the domain mutineer.ca? If so, I can now access the site without viewing the warning. Can you see it on your end? if not, then yes, it will take a short while before everything updates on your end.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Correct. That’s the domain. I still can’t see it despite clearing my history & cache , but appreciate your update. Thank you!

You’re welcome.
Give it 24 hours and let me know if you do not see any changes. Again, I can access the site just fine so it should be a matter a time before you do as well.
Thanks!

I can see it now. Much appreciation for your help! Very kind of you. Thanks again & best wishes,
