Domain Mapping Error

Hey – I am getting domain mapping issues with peppersandpennies.com. I checked, and it is still registered to me for another year.
Called Wild West Domains and they mentioned this issue has to be resolved through you. It may be because of a e-mail identification issue or as it is under my maiden name.

Thanks! Just checking as I got a payment request to (email visible only to moderators and staff) (email address redacted by mod) with no explanation. I think part of the problem is my multiple email addresses!
